It seems our fearless leader, !blazey84, has disappeared. If you take a look at her user name, it now has an ! In front of this.

I have been thrust (with no forewarning) into this position. I was originally brought into this group to manage the back end and nothing more, not to lead.

Unfortunately, !blazey84 managed to get in one last journal (two duplicate journals, actually) before leaving the group.

I don't have time to run a contest. Sorry folks. Unless someone else wants to run it, and I have no problems with that.

Any volunteers?

The Secret of the Trees Beneath the glow of the twisting moon, we can feel
a horror beginning its birth. The serpent will slither
into a moistened cave and the blood will spill from broken lips

The secret was hidden beneath the trees, where the lovers
were kissed and never told. Yet the stains remain upon the grass.
Never to be erased...

How many times will I return, to a place I wish
I'd never see. Perhaps it is a way for me
To think of that which I regret...

But the man would never remind himself, of the horror

Uno "You're cheating!" Kayla exclaims, catching Penelope looking at her cards yet again.  She quickly pulls them closer to her chest in an attempt to hide them from view.

"And you're sitting on me!" Penelope loudly reminds Kayla, gesturing at where she sits on her lap.

"That doesn't mean you can cheat off me!"

"You do realize that everyone else has been cheating the entire game, right?" Penelope easily deflects the accusation.

"What!" she looks around the table in disbelief, but everyone has a guilty look across their faces.  "But how?"

If The hatred and tension in the air is so concentrated that a knife could cut through it. I don't know what I might have done to deserve this, only that I am responsible, only that I have to fix it. "Sorry to hear it.  Nobody really wants to be stuck in a town like Oak Dale."

"You're telling me. This town is..." She bites her tongue to stop herself from insulting Oak Dale.  

"Awesome." She says sarcastically as she finishes her sentence.

"I'll make you a deal-let me take you around Oak Dale and try to show you it's actually way more interesting than it seems and after I'll take you back to Los Angeles."     

Her eyes narrow suspiciously at him.

I'm really not sure how to add my poems into the right folder...I just went to the contribute art link and clicked on what i wanted to contribute it didn't show me any of the different folders

When you click the contribute link, a window should pop up that contains a grid of your deviations. Above that there should be a search box, and above that there should be text that says "Submitting to" which is followed by a drop-down box. When you click the drop down box, it should give you a list of all of the folders open for submission.

If that doesn't seem to work, you can go into the folder that you want to submit to, and there's a button in the header (immediately below the Home/About Us/Gallery/Favs/Journal tabs) that says "Submit to This Folder"

If you need a visual walkthrough, one is available here. If that doesn't help, upload a screenshot to what you're seeing to your scraps or sta.sh and send me the link, and I'll do my best to figure out the problem.

I'm sorry I accidentally submitted my devation "It's Not Fair" In Chapters-Novels-Emotional, when it was supposed to be submitted in ShortStories-Emotional. How do I fix this?
